Pop-Up Sensory Play

 Join Lindsey , owner of Heart and Joy Sensory for open-ended sensory play pop up. Open ended sensory play sparks exploration and creativity, enhances problem solving skills, supports fine motor skills, and fosters social interaction and peer engagement. The event will be themed, will include story time, and then some sensory play! This pop up event is recommended for children ages 3 and older, and adult supervision is required. $14 per child ($12 for each additional sibling).

Little bit about Lindsey

I live in Rowley with my husband and our two littles, ages 6 and 3. I’m a former early childhood educator, who taught preschool and pre-k for over 10 years. I became a stay at home parent when my daughter was born, and when she was 18 months, I started creating themed sensory play kits in storage bins for her to explore. When she was three, we purchased our first sensory table, and almost 4 years later (and with another little in our family), I still create themed sensory opportunities for my children to engage with, in which they spend hours exploring together! In the fall of 2023, I started Heart and Joy, naming it after my children Henry and Juliette, creating kits to sell at vendor markets and to families in our communities, in hopes that other children would benefit from sensory play as well.
