Baby and Me Bodywork

Baby & Me Bodywork is a unique parent-and-baby wellness session designed to care for both of you at the same time. Your baby receives 20 minutes of gentle infant bodywork including massage, movement and gentle craniosacral techniques with a pediatric-trained physical therapist from Ahoy Baby PT, while you receive 20 minutes of personalized bodywork with a doctor of physical therapy at The Movement Solution.

Baby massage supports regulation, comfort, and development, while your session focuses on relieving pain and restoring movement with a customized mix of cupping, massage, traction, and assisted stretching. It’s true 1-on-1 care for two bodies that do a lot together—because both parents and babies deserve expert, hands-on support.
